Setting Up Other Mail Clients

If you are using mail clients other then Outlook or Thunderbird, use the settings below to configure your mail client:

Even if you are not using Outlook or Thunderbird, most web clients should be able to find most, if not all, of these settings on their own.  But in case they can't, here are the best settings to use...

Incoming mail server and settings:

• Server Type:  IMAP
• Server Name: mail.<your domain>   ie. mail.serversforless.ca
• Port:  993
• SSL: "SSL/TLS" or "StartTLS"
• Authentication Method: "Normal Password"
• User Name: <Your Full Email Address>

Outgoing mail server and settings:

• Server Type: SMTP
• Server Name: mail.<your domain>   ie. mail.serversforless.ca
• Port:  587
• SSL: "StartTLS"
• Authentication Method: "Normal Password"
• User Name: "Same as Incoming Settings"
